Job Description

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor / Content Creator who can produce high-impact video content for paid ads and social media platforms, especially Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok.

The ideal candidate understands how to build brands through video, leverage AI tools, and create engaging, scroll-stopping, and viral content designed specifically for conversion and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form video content for:
• Meta paid ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• TikTok paid ads
• Organic social media posts
• Edit and produce videos optimized for performance (CTR, engagement, conversions)
• Use AI tools to enhance creativity, speed, and output (video, voice, captions, visuals, hooks, etc.)
• Develop ad creatives aligned with brand identity and campaign goals
• Stay updated with trending ad formats, hooks, sounds, and viral styles
• Collaborate with the marketing team to test and iterate creatives based on performance data

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in video editing and content creation
• Proven ability to create engaging and viral short-form videos
• Solid understanding of brand building through content
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. AI video tools, image generation, script generation, automation, etc.)
• Experience creating content specifically for Meta and TikTok ads
• Ability to adapt content for different audiences and objectives

Nice to Have (Strong Advantage)

• Experience in paid ads marketing
• Understanding of ad metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, hooks, creatives testing)
• Experience working with ecommerce or performance-driven brands
