About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Dental Nurse to join our modern dental clinic. The ideal candidate will assist dentists in providing high-quality patient care, ensure strict infection control, and maintain compliance with DHA and NABIDH standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist dentists and specialists during all dental procedures (general, endodontic, prosthodontic, and surgical).
• Maintain a sterile and safe clinical environment according to DHA infection control protocols.
• Prepare dental instruments, materials, and equipment for each patient.
• Update and maintain accurate patient data in NABIDH / EHR systems.
• Support with insurance documentation and ensure correct procedure coding and approvals.
• Manage dental inventory, sterilization logs, and daily operatory setup.
• Provide patient care, pre- and post-treatment instructions, and reassurance during procedures.
• Collaborate with reception and administrative staff for smooth clinic workflow.

Requirements

• Gender: Female
• License: DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter (Registered Nurse / Dental Nurse).
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Certifications: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.
• Experience: Minimum 5 year of experience in a dental clinic (UAE experience preferred). Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with NABIDH software and electronic medical records.
• Understanding of insurance policies, procedure codes, and approvals.
• Strong knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols.
• Language: Fluency in English; Arabic-speaking candidates will be given priority
