Responsibilities:

• Guide clients on IT-related systems and digital solutions.
• Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate technology options.
• Assist in planning and troubleshooting software or systems under supervision.
• Keep proper records of client interactions and technical issues.
• Collaborate with team members for project support and communication improvement.
• Learn and stay updated with the latest technology tools and trends.

Requirements:

• Females only are eligible to apply.
• Undergraduate students (currently enrolled) and school teachers with basic IT understanding are encouraged.
• Minimum education: Intermediate; higher education is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and a willingness to learn IT tools.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Responsible and eager to grow in a supportive IT environment.

What We Offer:

• Monthly salary: PKR 25,000 – 100,000 (based on experience and performance).
