Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist – Google Ads (Real Estate)

We are looking for a high-performing Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in Google Ads, focused on generating qualified leads for off-plan real estate projects through landing pages.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns
• Generate high-quality leads using landing pages for off-plan properties
• Conduct keyword research
• Optimize bids, ad copy, extensions, and landing page performance
• Track and analyze conversions, CPL, and lead quality
• Prepare detailed performance reports and insights

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate lead generation using Google Ads
• Proven track record delivering results for off-plan property campaigns
• Strong experience with landing-page-focused lead funnels
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, conversion tracking, and analytics
• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market
• Ability to present past results and case studies
• Must be based in Dubai

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
