Proficorn Finserv is looking for a Legal Executive to handle mortgage-related legal work and operations. You'll prepare and review mortgage documents, coordinate with clients and authorities, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review mortgage documents (sale deeds, agreements, etc.)

- Coordinate with clients, lawyers, and authorities for mortgage processing

- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

- Handle property title verification and due diligence

- Assist in mortgage loan processing and documentation

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in mortgage/property law

- Knowledge of mortgage laws and regulations in Uttarakhand

- Good communication and coordination skills
