*Job Description*

We are looking for an *Odoo Functional Consultant* who will manage the *front-end, configuration, functional workflows, and day-to-day operations* of our Odoo systems. The consultant will work closely with management to ensure smooth functioning of all modules across multiple Odoo server

*Key Responsibilities*

* Configure, customize, and manage Odoo front-end and functional settings.
* Handle module setup, user access, workflows, and business process configurations.
* Troubleshoot daily issues on Odoo (Website, CRM, Sales, Inventory, HR, Accounting, etc.)
* Coordinate with developers for customizations and provide functional specs.
* Test new modules and updates before deployment.
* Prepare functional documentation and SOPs.
* Train internal teams on Odoo usability.
* Monitor system performance across all Odoo instances.

*Requirements*

* *Mandatory:* Hands-on experience working with *Odoo 14–18* (functional expertise).
* Strong understanding of Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Inventory, HR, Accounting, Website).
* Ability to configure views, menus, access rights, workflows, and website pages.
* Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple servers.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Basic understanding of server environment (Ubuntu/Linux) is a plus.
