1. Parts Procurement Specialist

Salary Range: AED 5000
Experience Required: 5+ years in automotive parts procurement

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the procurement of OEM, aftermarket, and performance automotive parts from local and international markets.
• Build and maintain strong vendor networks globally (dealers, OEMs, manufacturers, wholesalers).
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines to optimize cost savings.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
• Review and approve purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain risks.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level procurement staff.
• Collaborate with workshop, service, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of parts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in automotive procurement.
• Excellent knowledge of global sourcing (US, Europe, GCC, Japan).
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and leadership skills.
