We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Reel Animator, Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in logo animation, social media reels, 2D explainer videos, and general video editing. Location: 2-Talwar (Zamzama)

Timings: Night Shift (9 PM to 6 AM)

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and animate custom logo intros/outros for various brands.
• Create high-impact short-form video reels for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Produce engaging and informative 2D explainer videos from scratch or with provided assets.
• Edit long-form and short-form videos: trimming, transitions, color grading, sound design, and subtitles.
• Create motion graphics elements for use in ads, educational videos, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with creative, design, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and stay up-to-date with visual trends and platform specs.
• Organize and manage assets for efficient workflows and version control.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop (or equivalent tools).
• Strong grasp of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with animated logos, 2D explainer videos, and editing content for social media.
• Familiarity with industry specs (resolution, aspect ratios, bitrates) for all major platforms.
• Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and openness to feedback.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Knowledge of 3D animation tools like Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Knowledge of Adobe Premier Pro & Adobe After Effects
• Experience with audio editing and syncing voiceovers.
• Exposure to AI-based editing tools (Runway, Descript, etc.).
• Ability to storyboard and illustrate concepts before animation.
