Job Title: Safety Officer (1–2 Years Experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Safety Officer with 1–2 years of experience to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at our work sites. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and minimizing risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor workplace health and safety policies
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company standards
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
• Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for employees
• Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare reports
• Maintain safety records and documentation
• Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Safety Officer
• Knowledge of safety regulations in Qatar
• NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
