Job Title: Social Media Creator & Front-of-House Customer Service Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and customer-focused individual to join our team in a dual-role position. This role combines social media content creation with front-of-house customer service responsibilities. The ideal candidate is outgoing, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences both online and in person.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Creator Duties:

• Create engaging content (photos, videos, captions) for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Plan and maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ideas to increase engagement and brand visibility
• Collaborate with management to promote products, services, and special events

Front-of-House Customer Service Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and transactions efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment
• Address customer concerns or complaints with a positive and solution-oriented approach
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable being on camera and creating content
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content editing apps
• Customer service experience preferred but not required
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with photo/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe apps)
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and branding
• Ability to analyze engagement metrics and adjust content strategies

Work Environment:

• Combination of in-person customer interaction and digital content creation
• Flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed

Compensation:
