Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (EST Shift)

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Recruiter – US Staffing to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with the US market, strong expertise in sourcing candidates for IT positions on C2C, W2, and 1099, and hands-on experience using job portals like Monster, Indeed, Dice, and LinkedIn.If you are passionate about talent acquisition, skilled in candidate screening, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT candidates for US-based clients on C2C, W2, and 1099 requirements.
• Utilize job boards such as Monster, Indeed, Dice, LinkedIn, and internal databases for candidate sourcing.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and client requirements.
• Conduct initial screening and interview coordination.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Sales teams to fulfill client requirements quickly.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of C2C, W2, 1099, and US visa classifications.
• Hands-on experience with Monster, Indeed, Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Strong screening and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of technical roles and IT technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with implementation partners and direct clients.
• Knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment tools.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
