Job Vacancy– Administrative Assistant (Admin)
A leading construction and supply company is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant (Admin) to join its team at the company’s headquarters in Heliopolis – Triumph Square, Cairo.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative tasks and organize documents and records
Prepare reports and follow up on ongoing work
Coordinate between different departments within the company
Use Microsoft Office tools for data entry and reporting
Requirements:
Age from 25 to 30 years
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative work (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently
Preferably residing near Heliopolis or nearby areas
Commitment and punctuality
Benefits:
Working hour: from 9 am to 5 pm
Weekend: Friday & Saturday
