HOUSEMASTER : OVERALL RESPONSIBILTY IN RUNNING THE RESIDENTIAL LIFECARE FACILITY FOR PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS ( DIVYANG):

-To plan, organise and monitor all the required activities in the residential facility….

Hygiene Care, Interaction between beneficiaries, Cleanliness in living area, etc..

etc…

Diet Care: To follow nutritious diet for all – suggesting daily menu to the kitchen

staff; To implement any special diet for any beneficiary & follow up.

Medical Care : To monitor prescriptions, regular medication of all life care

beneficiaries; to procure the medicines well in time and visit doctors

as per requirement. To inform the doctor, if any bad side effects are

found on any beneficiaries, etc.

- Report any urgent requirement to management without delay;

- Follow up with the Registered Hospital for all the lifecare trainees

treatment.

- Maintain details of each beneficiary in a register for any kind of information required by management or parents or any other funding agency / govt. agency, etc.

- Make the arrangement of Caregivers for lifecare through local contact or agency if

and when required. Assign the job work according to their timing of work and

supervise their work.

- Monitor the kitchen activities and list the daily requirement and make the

Arrangements.

- Maintain the register mentioning the food served to the lifecare trainees on daily basis. In your absence the same has to be handled by Housemaster.

-To have regular discussion with Matron, lifecare caregivers, Kitchen staff,

for smooth running of lifecare facility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
