- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential & light commercial HVAC systems
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Troubleshoot systems efficiently and accurately
- Recommend solutions customers can trust
- Maintain clean, organized service vehicles and workspaces
- Represent Alta Air with professionalism and integrity
- Generally do what is best for the company and our customers

Qualifications
- HVAC service experience required
- EPA Certification and RMGA preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
