Gong Cha Andover is looking for energetic, tea-loving individuals to join our team!We are currently hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time Barista roles at our Andover, MA location.

Whether you're a student looking for flexible hours or a hospitality pro seeking a fast-paced career, we want to meet you!

What You’ll DoAs a Gong Cha Barista, you are the heart of our store. Your main mission is to craft high-quality beverages and provide a "royal" guest experience.

• Craft the Perfect Cup: Prepare a wide variety of bubble teas, smoothies, and specialty drinks according to Gong Cha’s premium standards.
• Be a Topping Pro: Cook pearls (boba) and prepare fresh toppings daily.
• Spread the Joy: Greet customers with a smile, take orders accurately, and help guests navigate our extensive menu.
• Keep it Sparkling: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the tea station, seating area, and equipment.
• Team Player: Collaborate with your crew to handle rush periods with efficiency and a positive attitude.

### What We’re Looking For

• Vibe: Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about customer service.
• Speed: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment (especially during the after-school and weekend rushes!).
• Reliability: Punctual and committed to your scheduled shifts.
• Experience: Previous cafe or retail experience is a plus, but not required. We provide full training!
• Flexibility: Availability to work weekends and holidays is highly preferred.
