We’re looking for experienced, reliable, and nurturing nannies to join our growing Dallas team! Whether you prefer full-time, part-time, or ad-hoc date nights, we’ll connect you with families who appreciate your professionalism and personality.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide attentive, high-quality care to children (infant through school-age, but don't worry, we will match you with the ages you are most comfortable with.)
• Create safe, fun, and developmentally engaging environments
• Maintain daily communication with parents and agency staff
• Support household routines (meal prep, light tidying, children’s laundry, etc.)
• Uphold Nanny Boss & Company’s standard of excellence and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of professional childcare or nanny experience (agency or private family)
• CPR/First Aid certified (not we required, we'll help get you certified)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Must pass a background check and reference verification
