What You’ll Do

• Guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing homes.
• Research local market trends to help clients make informed decisions.
• Prepare and showcase property listings with professional marketing.
• Negotiate contracts to get the best results for your clients.
• Keep transactions organized and ensure everything follows legal and ethical standards.
• Work closely with other professionals like inspectors, lenders, and appraisers.
• Stay up to date on the Kansas City real estate market.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Knowledge of real estate processes and laws (or a willingness to learn).

Pay: $40,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
