Position: Dental Hygiene Assistant

Lebanon, Indiana
Full-Time

What You’ll Do

• Assist hygienists during patient care
• Take radiographs and intraoral photos
• Perform coronal polishing and fluoride application (preferred)
• Prepare and disinfect operatories
• Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA compliance
• Help create an exceptional patient experience
• Support assisted hygiene workflow and team efficiency

What We’re Looking For

✔ Positive attitude and team mentality
✔ Strong communication and patient engagement skills
✔ Indiana Radiology License/Permit required
✔ Coronal Polishing certification preferred
✔ Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
✔ Dental experience preferred, but personality matters most
