Content Creator / Marketing Associate – Toy Bento

Toy Bento is a small but fast-growing collectible toy store located near Koreatown, Los Angeles. We specialize in rare, trending, and hard-to-find collectibles for both kids and adult collectors.

We’re looking for a creative, driven, and responsible marketer who can create strong content, connect with customers, and help grow Toy Bento into a major brand.

Starting is small, but it will be big. Let’s grow together.

What You’ll Do

• Create and manage short-form content (Instagram, TikTok, Whatnot, etc.)
• Take product photos and upload to online platforms
• Develop and execute marketing ideas that drive real growth
• Support in-store sales and customer engagement
• Help organize and present products in a visually appealing way
• Contribute ideas to grow Toy Bento’s brand and reach

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable
• Comfortable communicating in English (Korean is a plus)
• Strong interest in content creation, marketing, or social media

Preferred Skills

• Experience with photography, video editing, or social media content
• Understanding of current trends (what works and what doesn’t)
• Creative mindset with ability to execute quickly
• Interest in collectibles, toys, and pop culture

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting at $18/hr
• Flexible working hours
• Commission and performance-based incentives available
