Joinery Coordinator

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Joinery Coordinator to manage and coordinate joinery works for interior fit-out and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating between site teams, production teams, suppliers, and project management to ensure timely execution of joinery works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate joinery production, delivery, and installation schedules.
  • Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and joinery factory teams.
  • Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Track material requirements and coordinate procurement of joinery materials.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per timeline.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
  • Prepare reports on joinery progress and site updates.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in joinery / interior fit-out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of joinery production, installation, and materials.
  • Ability to read shop drawings and technical drawings.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in UAE construction or fit-out projects preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AutoCAD drawings.
  • Knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
  • GCC/UAE - 3 to 4 years' experience
