Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Joinery Coordinator to manage and coordinate joinery works for interior fit-out and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating between site teams, production teams, suppliers, and project management to ensure timely execution of joinery works.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate joinery production, delivery, and installation schedules.
- Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and joinery factory teams.
- Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Track material requirements and coordinate procurement of joinery materials.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per timeline.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
- Prepare reports on joinery progress and site updates.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in joinery / interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of joinery production, installation, and materials.
- Ability to read shop drawings and technical drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in UAE construction or fit-out projects preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AutoCAD drawings.
- Knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- GCC/UAE - 3 to 4 years' experience
