JOINERY CUTTING LIST EXECUTIVE

We are seeking an experienced Joinery Cutting List Executive responsible for preparing accurate cutting lists, material breakdowns, and component schedules based on approved shop drawings for high-end luxury villa projects. The role ensures efficient material utilization, minimal waste, and smooth production flow within the joinery factory while supporting timely and accurate manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

· Prepare accurate cutting lists, material take-offs, and component schedules from approved shop drawings
· Analyze joinery drawings and specifications to determine material requirements and production details
· Coordinate with drafting and production teams to ensure cutting lists align with manufacturing requirements
· Optimize material usage to minimize waste and improve production efficiency
· Prepare material breakdowns for procurement and factory planning purposes
· Verify dimensions, quantities, finishes, and joinery details before issuing cutting lists for production
· Coordinate revisions and updates based on drawing changes and production requirements
· Support factory teams with technical clarifications related to cutting lists and production details
· Maintain proper documentation and version control of issued cutting lists and material schedules
· Monitor production coordination to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution

Requirements

· Diploma in Interior Design, Drafting, Engineering, or a related field
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in joinery manufacturing, cutting list preparation, or production coordination
· Experience in high-end luxury villa and bespoke joinery projects is preferred
· Strong understanding of joinery materials, hardware, finishes, and production methods
· Ability to interpret joinery shop drawings and production details accurately
· Familiarity with factory workflow, material optimization, and production planning processes
· Strong knowledge of UAE construction and joinery industry standards is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel for cutting list preparation and material tracking
· Strong ability to read and interpret joinery shop drawings and technical details
· Good understanding of joinery production processes, material utilization, and manufacturing coordination
· Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills
· Ability to prepare accurate material breakdowns and production documentation
· Strong coordination and communication skills with drafting, procurement, and factory teams
· Ability to manage multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines efficiently
· Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
