Are you a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman with expertise in joinery and fit-out projects? Build Mode Industries, a leader in turnkey interior fit-out and joinery services in Dubai, is seeking a Draughtsman to join our talented team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3–5 years in draughting within the joinery and fit-out industry.
• Skills:
• Expertise in creating precise technical drawings for joinery and fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in generating detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and layout plans.
• Strong knowledge of material specifications and joinery fabrication processes.
• Ability to interpret and implement design requirements into accurate technical drawings.
• Knowledge of local suppliers for materials and finishes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, architects, designers, and contractors.
• Tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Qualifications: Diploma/degree in Architectural Drafting, Interior Design, or a related field.

Your Role:

• Prepare and produce detailed technical drawings and plans for joinery and fit-out projects.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure that drawings align with project specifications.
• Generate as-built drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure the smooth execution of designs.
• Review design plans for accuracy and feasibility.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality control and compliance with design intent.
• Support on-site inspections and ensure the implementation of accurate drawings.
