Joinery Draftsman cum Coordinator

Job Description:
Joinery Hub is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Joinery Draftsman cum Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of joinery drawings, coordination skills, and experience working in a fast-paced fit-out or joinery environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings and production drawings for joinery works (doors, wardrobes, counters, furniture, etc.).
• Coordinate between design, production, and site teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Maintain drawing records and ensure timely submission of drawings for client/consultant approval.
• Conduct site visits when required to verify dimensions and assist with installation coordination.
• Liaise with procurement and production teams for material requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company and UAE standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in joinery or fit-out drafting within the UAE.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
• Good understanding of joinery materials, hardware, and production processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
