Joinery Estimator

We are a well-established 20-year-old joinery and interior fit-out company in Dubai, looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and proactive Joinery Estimator to join our growing team.

If you have strong experience in joinery estimation, tendering, and project coordination, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a reputable company and work on high-quality interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review BOQs, technical drawings, and project specifications
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
• Prepare detailed costing sheets and comparative analyses
• Handle RFIs, tender submissions, and related documentation
• Participate in client discussions, negotiations, and BOQ revisions
• Prepare variation quotations and assist with project billing
• Coordinate closely with Design, Production, and Accounts departments

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Joinery & Interior Fit-Out estimation
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, costing, and tendering processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
