The Fit-Out Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all interior fit-out and joinery works at the project site. The role includes managing manpower, ensuring work quality, monitoring progress, maintaining safety standards, and completing projects according to drawings, specifications, and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities related to interior fit-out and joinery works.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and factory teams.
- Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor carpentry, gypsum, painting, ceiling, flooring, glass, and furniture installation works.
- Allocate tasks and manage site workers efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
- Report daily work progress and site issues to management.
- Ensure materials and tools are available on site when required.
- Follow UAE safety regulations and maintain safe working conditions.
- Attend site meetings with consultants and clients when required.
- Resolve site problems and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeline.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or technical qualification in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects.
- Good knowledge of joinery materials, finishing works, and installation procedures.
- Ability to read technical drawings, BOQ & cutting list.
- Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- A UAE driving license is an advantage.
