Joinery Lead

Joinery Helper & Lead (Fit-outs & Villas) - 5 Positions EACH

We are hiring an experienced Joinery Lead to manage high-quality wood and fit-out works for luxury villas and apartments. This is a Direct Company Hire (No Agency/No Middleman).

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: AED 1500 to AED 4,500. (based on exp)
• Benefits: Direct Company Visa, Insurance, and Accommodation/Transport.
• Status: Immediate Joining.

What you will do (Job Duties)

• Lead the Team: Guide the carpenters to finish furniture, wardrobes, and kitchen cabinets.
• Fit-out Work: Fix wood panels, doors, and decorative joinery in villas and apartments.
• Reading Drawings: Understand simple wood drawings and measurements.
• Quality Check: Make sure the finishing is perfect and the work is done on time.
• Material Management: Ensure wood and hardware (hinges, locks, etc.) are used correctly.

Requirements (Must have)

• UAE Experience: You must have worked in the UAE in a joinery or fit-out company.
• Technical Skill: You must be an expert in wood joinery and assembly.
• Leadership: Ability to manage a small team of workers on-site.
• Availability: Must be in the UAE and able to join immediately.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
