Joinery Manager

Company Overview:
We are a construction group expanding into in-house joinery manufacturing to support our ongoing high-value projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. We are setting up a fully equipped joinery workshop supported by strong project pipeline including developer-led and private sector projects. We are looking for an experienced Joinery Manager to lead the entire joinery division from estimation to manufacturing to site installation and final handover.

Job Summary:
The Joinery Manager will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of joinery projects including estimation, technical detailing, production planning, factory operations, installation, and project handover. The role requires strong technical expertise in joinery manufacturing, manpower planning, material procurement, and project delivery within strict timelines and quality standards.

This is a leadership role with full responsibility for setting up and running the joinery division.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 8–15 years experience in joinery
• Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes (MDF, veneer, solid wood, laminate, PU finishing, etc.)
• Experience in end-to-end project delivery (estimation to handover)
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery, production workflow, and factory operations
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and joinery drawings
• Strong commercial awareness and cost control skills
• Experience working on villa, commercial, or hospitality projects in UAE/GCC
• Ability to manage teams and lead production environments
