Company Overview:
We are a construction group expanding into in-house joinery manufacturing to support our ongoing high-value projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. We are setting up a fully equipped joinery workshop supported by strong project pipeline including developer-led and private sector projects. We are looking for an experienced Joinery Manager to lead the entire joinery division from estimation to manufacturing to site installation and final handover.
Job Summary:
The Joinery Manager will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of joinery projects including estimation, technical detailing, production planning, factory operations, installation, and project handover. The role requires strong technical expertise in joinery manufacturing, manpower planning, material procurement, and project delivery within strict timelines and quality standards.
This is a leadership role with full responsibility for setting up and running the joinery division.
