Job Description

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to act as the main communication hub between the production department and all other factory functions. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary communication link between production and all other factory departments.
• Coordinate workflow, schedules, and material requirements to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare accurate reports, documentation, and follow-up sheets.
• Support design and engineering teams with necessary project updates and information.
• Monitor production progress and address issues that may affect timelines.
• Facilitate clear and efficient communication across departments to prevent delays.
