Joinery Production Manager

We are looking for a skilled Joinery Production Manager to lead and manage end-to-end joinery manufacturing operations for interior fit-out projects, exhibition stands, and kiosks.

The role focuses on driving efficient factory performance, maintaining high quality standards, and ensuring timely project delivery within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day joinery production activities
• Lead and manage the production team including foremen, carpenters, machine operators, and polishers
• Develop and track production schedules based on project timelines and site requirements
• Ensure all joinery items are produced as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate closely with design, project, and site teams to meet delivery targets
• Monitor material usage, minimize wastage, and control production costs
• Ensure proper operation, servicing, and maintenance of machinery and tools
• Enforce quality control procedures and workplace safety standards
• Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and finished products
• Manage manpower allocation, productivity, and overtime planning
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely supply of materials, hardware, and finishes
• Support value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain production reports, documentation, and performance records

Qualifications & Experience

• 6 years of experience in joinery production within interior fit-out/exhibition companies
• At least 3 years in a Production Manager or Factory Manager role
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, finishes, and manufacturing processes
• Hands-on experience with CNC machines, panel saws, edge banding, sanding, and finishing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
