Joinery Production Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled Joinery Production Supervisor to oversee operations in our upcoming joinery factory in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of joinery experience in Dubai and a strong background in producing kitchens, wardrobes, and other custom joinery items .

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the complete production process for kitchens, wardrobes, and bespoke joinery works. This includes installation of items on site.
• Monitor daily workflow, ensure quality standards, and meet delivery deadlines.
• Operate and oversee the use of key joinery machinery including cutting machines, edge banding (lipping) machines, paint booth, and hinge boring machines.
• Ensure machinery is well-maintained, safe, and functioning efficiently.
• Lead and guide a team of joiners to deliver high-quality workmanship.
• Work closely with design, procurement, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of joinery production experience in Dubai .
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen, wardrobe, and custom joinery manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with joinery machinery (cutting, edge banding/lipping, paint booth, hinge boring, etc.).
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
