Joinery Production Supervisor

The Joinery Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production of custom furniture and joinery, from planning and scheduling to managing budgets and materials quality control. Reporting directly to the Factory Manager/General Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.

· Guide and coach workers monitoring their productivity

· Perform verification of production output according to specifications

· Ensure that all stakeholders are informed of joinery workload and progress against targets, escalate issues, and support the implementation of solutions where required.

· Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to in relation to health and safety.

· Generate weekly / monthly manufacturing performance reports.

· Procurement: Ensure stock accuracy.

· Manage project program for manufacturing and delivery of goods.

· To schedule and complete work orders for joinery items.

· To place orders from drawings and update the procurement/purchaser schedule.

· Production scheduling from the engineer & operation team. Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

· Experience in manufacturing joinery, preferably someone who comes from a bench joinery background.

· Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

· Structured, organized and works well under pressure

· Minimum of 3-5 years' UAE experience in joinery & woodwork

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour
