Key Responsibilities:
- Proficent in furniture shop drawings
- Coordinate between design, production, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review drawings, material specifications, and BOQs to identify project requirements.
- Prepare and update project schedules, monitor progress, and highlight any delays or discrepancies.
- Follow up with the production team to ensure timely delivery of joinery items to site.
- Ensure that installation works are carried out according to approved shop drawings and quality standards.
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and main contractors to resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Maintain documentation of project correspondence, approvals, and variations.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and progress of joinery installation.
- Coordinate snag rectification and handover documentation.
- Support cost control efforts by monitoring material usage, wastage, and man-hour efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in joinery or interior fit-out project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials, production processes, and installation techniques.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with residential, commercial, or hospitality fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and site coordination with MEP and civil teams.
- UAE driving license (preferred).
