Role Description

This is a full-time, Factory and on-site Joinery Project Manager role located in Dubai. The Joinery Project Manager will oversee joinery projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, design teams, and on-site staff, managing project timelines and budgets, supervising joinery installation, and ensuring compliance with high-quality standards. The Project Manager will also handle inspections, and logistics to maintain seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and management of deadlines and budgets.
• Proficiency in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.

· Hands-on experience in Inspection and monitoring work to maintain quality and compliance standards.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience in the joinery and fit-out industry, with a deep understanding of materials, processes, and finishes.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Relevant Qualification or Certification in construction management, project management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the Residential, or Hospitality sectors is highly desirable.
