Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Joinery Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of joinery and fit-out works, with the ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close sales within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell joinery and fit-out services to clients
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Meet clients, understand project requirements, and prepare quotations
• Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to ensure smooth execution
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience in joinery and fit-out works
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, processes, and site coordination
• UAE-based with experience in the local market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional in client dealings
