Position Title: Joinery Senior Estimator

Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE

Job Summary

The Joinery Senior Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for joinery and fit-out projects. The role involves reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting management in pricing and bidding decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing for joinery and furniture projects

* Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to assess project requirements

* Analyze materials, labor, overheads, and subcontractor costs

* Coordinate with production, procurement, and project teams for accurate costing

* Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations

* Identify cost risks and value engineering options where applicable

* Support tender submissions and post-tender clarifications

* Maintain cost databases and records for past and ongoing projects

* Assist in budgeting and cost control during project execution

Qualifications and Experience

* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field

* Minimum 6–8 years of experience in joinery or fit-out estimation

* Strong understanding of joinery materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes

* Proficiency in estimation software, MS Excel, and AutoCAD

* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Work Location Requirement

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
