Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Joinery Site Engineer to oversee on-site execution of joinery and interior fit-out works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate with production, design, and site teams to implement joinery solutions from workshop to installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Site Supervision

• Supervise and coordinate all joinery site works including doors, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, panels, custom furniture, and fit-outs.
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, snagging, and quality checks to maintain workmanship quality.

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with design, production, subcontractors, main contractors, and consultants for smooth execution.
• Attend site meetings, report progress, and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and manage site schedules, daily/weekly progress reports, NCRs and other site documentation.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met on site at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in joinery or interior fit-out site engineering.
• Strong knowledge of wood materials, joinery production, and installation techniques.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; familiarity with project planning tools preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret and check technical drawings and shop drawings.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and site coordination skills.
• UAE driving licence preferred.

Preferred:

• Previous experience working in UAE interior joinery/fit-out projects.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards, regulations, and safety practices.
