Joinery Site Supervisor

Roles and responsibilities:

• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate to the workers to reach assigned target
• Keeping a track of all related issues and assigning the job accordingly to the workmen.
• Coordinating, organizing and overseeing the work on the project and to ensure the safety and health of workers
• Taking necessary precautions to ensure the safety, health and welfare of workers.
• Providing and maintaining a safe workplace, equipment, tools and systems.
• Ensuring all workers and supervisors are aware of hazards in the workplace as well as the precautions necessary for their protection.
• Providing workers with competent supervision
• Providing the necessary training to protect workers’ safety and health before they begin a new job

Must have skills:

• 8+ years of exp. as a Joinery Site Supervisor
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in reading technical drawings and joinery techniques.
• Knowledge of site safety regulations and practices.
• Proficiency with joinery tools, machinery, and materials.
