Roles and responsibilities:

Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate to the workers to reach assigned target

Keeping a track of all related issues and assigning the job accordingly to the workmen.

Coordinating, organizing and overseeing the work on the project and to ensure the safety and health of workers

Taking necessary precautions to ensure the safety, health and welfare of workers.

Providing and maintaining a safe workplace, equipment, tools and systems.

Ensuring all workers and supervisors are aware of hazards in the workplace as well as the precautions necessary for their protection.

Providing workers with competent supervision

Providing the necessary training to protect workers’ safety and health before they begin a new job
Must have skills:

8+ years of exp. as a Joinery Site Supervisor
-
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Expertise in reading technical drawings and joinery techniques.
-
Knowledge of site safety regulations and practices.
-
Proficiency with joinery tools, machinery, and materials.
