Joinery Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Joinery Supervisor to manage and oversee our joinery workshop operations in Umm Al Quwain. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in joinery production, factory supervision, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day joinery workshop operations
• Manage carpenters, machine operators, and helpers
• Read and interpret shop drawings and specifications
• Ensure production schedules are met on time
• Maintain high-quality standards for joinery works
• Coordinate with project/site teams for delivery and installation
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines and tools
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
• Enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in joinery, with at least 2–3 years as a Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of wood, MDF, veneer, laminate, solid wood, and finishing
• Ability to read and understand joinery/shop drawings
• Experience working in UAE joinery factories is mandatory
• Leadership and team management skills
• Basic computer skills (reports, coordination, emails)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience in interior fit-out / custom joinery
