Journey Plumber

Join our construction division as a Journey Plumber and help deliver quality plumbing work on commercial construction projects. You’ll handle rough-in, installation, and commissioning across a variety of job sites. We’re looking for a motivated, mechanically skilled pro who does solid work and takes pride in getting the job done right. Duties

• Commercial plumbing rough-in and finish work on new construction and remodel projects
• Install domestic water, waste/vent, storm, sanitary, and gas systems; perform pressure and leak testing and commissioning
• Read and interpret blueprints, isometrics, and job specifications; layout piping and fixture locations
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to meet schedule and milestones
• Ensure all work meets Michigan plumbing codes and project specifications
• Supervise and mentor apprentices/helpers
• Maintain safety and quality standards on job sites; follow site-specific safety plans and procedures
• Complete jobsite paperwork (timecards, material tickets, test reports) and report issues promptly

Requirements

• Valid Michigan Journey Plumber License
• Construction/commercial plumbing experience
• Ability to read blueprints, isometrics, and job specs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew on multiple job sites
• Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and lifting/carrying materials
