Journeyman Analyst / Logistician
Position Overview
The Journeyman Analyst / Logistician is a mid-level staff professional who possesses general knowledge and experience within the assigned domain area. This position performs task-level analytical and logistical functions under the supervision and guidance of senior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical and logistical tasks in support of program and task order requirements.
- Apply general domain knowledge to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Support data collection, analysis, and documentation efforts as directed by senior personnel.
- Assist in evaluating logistics processes, system performance, or operational data at the task level.
- Follow established methodologies, procedures, and guidance in executing assigned duties.
- Work collaboratively with senior analysts and logisticians to support project objectives.
- May be paired with or assist entry-level staff in completing assigned tasks.
- Prepare routine reports, documentation, and deliverables as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Adhere to company's AS9100 and QMS policies, procedures, and guidelines.

- General knowledge of analytical and logistical principles relevant to the assigned domain.
- Ability to perform assigned tasks with accuracy under supervision.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and established processes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a structured environment.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements
Candidates must meet one of the following education and experience combinations:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Master’s Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
- PhD with 1+ year of relevant experience
