Journeyman and Master Electrician needed!

We’re a Denver-based telecom construction company specializing in fiber, small cell, and wireless infrastructure for carriers and commercial clients. Fast-paced, safety-first, and team-oriented — we install mission-critical systems across the Front Range.

Position Summary

Master Electrician:
We’re hiring a Master Electrician to lead electrical work on telecom construction projects. You’ll perform advanced electrical installations, supervise crews, ensure code compliance, coordinate with project managers and subcontractors, and troubleshoot complex systems in the field.

Journeyman Electrician:
We’re also seeking a Journeyman Electrician to assist in electrical installations and support the Master Electrician on various telecom projects. You will perform standard electrical work, ensure compliance with electrical codes, and collaborate with the team on installations and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

For Master Electrician:

• Lead, plan, and perform electrical installations for fiber huts, utility service upgrades, power distribution for cell sites, shelters, and ground-mounted equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and blueprints.
• Ensure NEC and local code compliance; obtain/coordinate permits and inspections as needed.
• Supervise and train journeymen and apprentices; assign tasks and verify quality.
• Test, commission, and troubleshoot power systems, backup generators, ATS, UPS, grounding, and bonding.
• Install/terminate feeders, branch circuits, conduit, panelboards, metering, and grounding systems.
• Coordinate with project managers, telecom technicians, and third-party inspectors to meet schedules.
• Maintain accurate job documentation: daily reports, material lists, change orders.
• Enforce jobsite safety protocols and participate in safety meetings.

For Journeyman Electrician:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems under the guidance of the Master Electrician.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with NEC and local regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to carry out electrical installations for telecom infrastructure.
• Participate in testing and troubleshooting systems as needed.
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Required Qualifications

For Master Electrician:

• Valid Colorado Master Electrician license.
• 2+ years of commercial/utility/electrical construction experience; telecom or wireless site experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient with NEC, electrical schematics, and testing equipment (multimeter, megger, clamp meter).
• Experience with grounding, bonding, three-phase power systems, generators, and transfer switches.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in varying weather; must pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation to our shop.

For Journeyman Electrician:

• Valid Colorado Journeyman Electrician license.
• 1+ years of experience in commercial or residential electrical work.
• Familiarity with NEC standards and safety protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Preferred

• OSHA 10 or 30, First Aid/CPR, or industry-specific safety certifications.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
