Duties
- Lead and supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on residential solar and storage sites.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute precise electrical work.
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair low voltage and high voltage electrical systems using hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with NEC standards, local codes, and safety regulations.
- Oversee the use of schematics and technical manuals for accurate wiring and system setup.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections to verify proper installation of electrical systems and identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Provide mentorship to apprentice electricians and junior team members on best practices for electrical work on construction sites.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license with proven experience in residential or commercial settings.
- Extensive knowledge of NEC codes, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and low/high voltage systems.
- Major solar certifications, including Enphase, SolarEdge, Sonnen and Duracell
- Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, power tools, hand tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment.
- Strong background in construction site environments with experience in renovation projects.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and translate them into effective installation procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently.
- Strong commitment to safety standards and regulations on job sites.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with teams and clients alike. This position offers an opportunity for experienced electricians to lead complex projects while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance at every stage of construction or renovation work.

Pay: $35.86 - $43.18 per hour
