Responsibilities

· Supervise and direct apprentices and laborers on-site.

· Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to ensure the timely completion of projects.

· Review blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to coordinate work.

· Ensure all work meets company, client, and code standards.

· Conduct on-site safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety regulations.

· Monitor crew performance, provide coaching, and resolve conflicts.

· Inspect materials, tools, and equipment for proper use and maintenance.

· Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other trades on site.

· Track project progress, labor hours, and materials usage.

· Communicate project updates and issues to the vice president.

· Participate in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and hands-on work as needed.

Requirements

· Strong knowledge of electrical codes, installation methods, and construction practices

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

· Strong organizational and planning skills

· Physically able to perform hands-on work and lift 50+ lbs when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
