Journeyman Electrician - Foreman

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Journeyman Electrician to step into the role of Foreman, leading electrical projects with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on various construction and renovation sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plan.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute electrical installations and repairs.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain low voltage and high voltage electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, multimeters such as ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment to diagnose issues and verify system integrity.
• Manage the procurement of materials and coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines while adhering to NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
• Conduct safety inspections, enforce compliance with electrical codes, including NEC regulations, and promote a culture of safety on all job sites.
• Mentor junior electricians by sharing knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and other specialized skills such as low voltage wiring or schematic interpretation.

Qualifications.

• Valid Colorado JW License.
• Proven experience as a commercial and/or industrial electrician.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Transportation means to jobsite.
• Must own your own hand tools.
• Ability to work effectively with hand tools and power tools in various environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
