About the Role
We are seeking experienced Journeyman Glaziers to join our glazing operations team. This role performs skilled commercial and residential glass installation, including storefronts, doors/hardware, window systems, mirrors, showers, railings, and related glazing systems. Work is performed on local job sites—no out-of-area travel or relocation required.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, fabricate, and repair a wide range of glass and glazing systems (commercial & residential).
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and field measurements.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship according to industry standards and company specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and customers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite and company vehicle.
- Follow all safety practices and comply with California DIR requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Journeyman-level experience in glazing (commercial and/or residential).
- Ability to read blueprints, measure accurately, and operate required tools/equipment.
- Valid CA driver’s license with a clean MVR.
- U.S. work eligibility required.
- Must pass a pre-employment physical and job-related testing.
- Reliable transportation to our warehouse or local job sites as needed.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver glass and materials over 50 lbs.
- Frequent climbing, kneeling, bending, and working on ladders/scaffolding.
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
