Journeyman HVAC Service Technician (Licensed Preferred)

Job Description:

Oasis Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced HVAC Journeyman Service Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused professional with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills who can work independently and deliver high-quality service.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC field experience (7+ years preferred)
• Journeyman HVAC license preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Experience servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Ability to diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and rooftop units
• Strong electrical and control troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control issues
• Complete accurate service documentation
• Communicate repair recommendations to customers
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman HVAC License
• 7+ years of field experience
• Experience with commercial HVAC equipment
• Experience with boilers, controls, and rooftop units
• NATE Certification (preferred)

Location: St. Clair Shores, MI

Pay: $30-$45+ per hour depending on experience, licensing, and skill level.

Pay: $29.00 - $43.00 per hour
