Journeyman HVAC Service Technician (Union – Above Scale Pay)

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and hydronic systems
• Service in boilers (steam and hot water), RTUs, and split systems
• Work on pumps, gas systems, and controls
• Perform combustion analysis and system performance checks
• Execute CSD-1 testing and safety inspections (or willingness to learn)
• Communicate clearly with customers and office staff
• Complete service documentation accurately

• A true service technician (not primarily an installer)
• Someone who can walk into a mechanical room and diagnose issues confidently
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Takes ownership of their work

Required Qualifications:

• Journeyman-level experience (5+ years preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems and hydronic heating
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently in the field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
