• Journeyman Millwright/Industrial Technician position is Monday - Friday from 1:30PM-10:00PM or 5:30AM-3:30PM

Pay Rage Starting at $36 - $48 depending on experience - This is based on experience and knowledge of INDUSTRIAL Equipment repairs. The higher end of the pay range is for a Millwright that also has proven JM Millwright Experience.

Primary Accountabilities:

• Installs, tests, repairs, inspects, adjusts, and maintains in good working order all machinery and mechanical equipment, hydraulic, pneumatic, gas, and chemical systems throughout the plant.
• Performs all duties required of plant mechanic, pipefitter, and welder.
• Works from blueprints, diagrams, and charts to install, remove, repair, and maintain plant machinery and equipment.
• Inspects and maintains cranes.
• Performs work requiring a working knowledge of the welding properties of the various types of metals, welding rods, welding heats, stress relief, allowance for fit-ups and machining and the effect of shrinkage, warpage, and expansion.
• Maintains a high standard of housekeeping and observes all safety procedures.
• Follows good engineering practices to maintain a high level of quality workmanship.
• Recording status of work orders in database.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• MUST have Millwright Certification!!!!!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, quantitative skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Foundry or Manufacturing experience a plus
• Lean manufacturing experience
• Must have previous maintenance mechanic experience.
