Journeyman Painter

We're looking for a self-sufficient, high-production journeyman painter to join our crew. This isn't a entry level role — we need someone who can walk onto a job site, assess the scope, and get it done right the first time with minimal direction.

What we expect:
You show up with your own truck, ladders, extension poles, sprayer, brushes, rollers, and all standard tools of the trade — ready to work. You know how to prep, mask, cut in, spray, roll, and back-roll residential and light commercial interiors and exteriors at a professional level. You understand mil thickness, proper dry times, and when to prime vs. seal vs. topcoat. You take pride in clean work, zero callbacks, and leaving a job site looking better than you found it.

Requirements:
5+ years of professional painting experience. Own reliable transportation and a full set of professional-grade tools including an airless sprayer. Strong knowledge of surface prep — patching, sanding, caulking, and texture matching. Experience with both brush/roller and spray applications. Ability to work independently and manage your time on site. Punctual, drug-free, and dependable — no exceptions.

Competitive pay based on experience. Steady, year-round work in the Henderson and Las Vegas area.
