JP Assistant Buyer

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Assistant Buyer to join our team. In this role, you will support purchasing activities across materials, products, and services while collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a team-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with purchasing and procurement to meet organizational needs.
• Review and help evaluate commodities, apparel, durable goods, and other merchandise.
• Maintain effective vendor communications and build strong supplier relationships.
• Support sourcing, inventory control, and supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated purchasing and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of procurement and sourcing best practices.
• Familiarity with supply chain management and inventory systems.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Understanding of e-commerce and merchandising principles.
